So in honor of St. Patrick's Day, I'd like to know how many other U2 fans we have on here. I've been a fan for several years now and I think they're amazing and innovative and just plain cool. They just got inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, so yaay for that. my favorite songs are "Where the Streets Have no Name", "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For", "With or Without You", "One", and "Beautiful Day".

Joshua Tree indeed was an excellent album. I also really like October. U2 is such a unique band.

I like some of their songs but don't like them enough to say I'm a fan. I like their new stuff, and a few of their older songs but not many of them.

My favorite albums of theirs were the early ones, particularly Boy and War, though I like different ones from throughout their career. I never remember the name of it, but I really did like the duet with Johnny Cash.

Except for a dozen or so songs I haven't been that thrilled with U2's music since around the "Rattle and Hum" album. They're sets at Live Aid & Live 8 were awesome. I lean more towards the 1985 set. Bono had a great magnetism then.
